Penn Law's Dean of Students hosts a discussion for Penn undergrad's pre-law, first-gen students. A law student panel will weigh in on the benefits of law school for first gen students and their experiences at Penn Law thus far. Refreshments will be served.

We are excited to welcome future FGPers to Penn Law for ASW. We'll be hosting a brunch to welcome you and discuss any concerns you may have as you decide which law school is lucky enough to have you! We promise to provide a frank discussion of the pros and cons of attending law school and to chat about the challenges and opportunities that come along with being a first gen professional at Penn Law.

First Generation Professionals General Interest Meeting
Jan. 25th at Noon in Silverman 240B
Join Penn Law First Generation Professionals for its first general interest meeting on January 25th at Noonin Silverman 240B. Hear from Dean Monroe and student colleagues as they discuss being a first generation professional and first generation college student in law school and the legal industry. The group’s future and goals will also be discussed. FGP will be an affinity group for students who are the first in their families to attend college or professional school or who are from a working class or lower-income background.
